About Me:

Jessica Morgan is a metaphorical artist based in Thorntown, Indiana, whose work explores the complexities of trauma, healing, and self-discovery. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studio Arts and works primarily in mixed media, layering digital and traditional techniques to create deeply intuitive and symbolic compositions. Her art delves into themes of betrayal, abuse, religious trauma, and the reconciliation of one’s inner child, while also highlighting the transformative power of shadow work, acceptance, and personal growth.

Jessica has exhibited her work at the Garfield Park Art Center, The Arrival Gallery in London, and actively contributes to the creative community as a committee board member for Create What You Crave, in Carmel, Indiana; a program to amplify the voice of local creatives and offer space for connection and inspiration. She also leverages her artistic skills to promote local events and support community initiatives.

Her current focus is a series that examines the process of healing from trauma, offering viewers an opportunity to see their own experiences reflected in her work. Through her art, Jessica seeks to create a space for empathy, recognition, and catharsis, bridging the personal and universal dimensions of human resilience.
